I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with advanced specializations in Behavior Change and Fitness Nutrition. This means I don’t just write workout plans; I help you build sustainable habits that ensure your progress lasts long after our sessions end.

1. Preparation and Check-in
Every session begins with a purpose-driven dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement and prevent injury. We’ll also take a moment for a brief Mindset Check-in, discussing your current energy levels and reviewing any behavioral or nutritional goals we’ve set to ensure we train smarter that day.
2. Form-Focused Performance
This is the core of our time, dedicated to strength, endurance, or functional movement. Given my deep commitment to safety and my background in precise practices like Pilates, you can expect in-depth coaching on proper form and technique. You will not just perform exercises; you will learn the mechanics behind them. I will provide motivation and progressive challenge to safely push you beyond your current limits and achieve maximum results.
3. Integrated Recovery and Habit Setting
We conclude with essential mobility work and targeted stretching to optimize recovery and increase long-term flexibility. Crucially, we always finish by defining one single, actionable habit for you to focus on before our next meeting. This ensures the learning and progress continue long after you leave the gym floor, solidifying the sustainable change we’re working towards.
