The workout/movement is designed in advance according to your goals and may be modified for the energy for the day. We may touch on lifestyle like sleep, and stress and nutrition.

Client success story

Sam is a 31 year old male with multiple disabilities including cerebral palsy, low muscle tone and osteoporosis. I changed Sam’s daily movement and included a workout 5-6 days a week. He started pushing his own wheel chair up a hill, wearing a weight vest for sit stands and other leg strengthening exercises and he began a specific care provider assisted work out at a gym 4 days a week. Stretching focused on better posture and ankles. His nutrition changes were an increase in calories and protein with the appropriate micronutrient diversity for health and recovery.

He has increased muscle tone, his last Dexa scan showed an improvement in his bone density, and he sleeps better through the night despite having apnea.

Hobbies
