I’m a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with a PhD in Exercise Physiology who believes fitness should fit into your life—not take it over. My journey started on the track and football field in the Cleveland area, where I was a two-time state qualifier in track and field before playing Division III football. Those experiences taught me that movement, competition, and consistent effort can transform not just your body, but your entire outlook.
Over the past five years of training clients and five years conducting exercise related research, I’ve worked with everyone from young athletes to older adults, and from those managing weight goals to individuals with spinal cord injuries. I’ve been part of coaching staffs for high school football and track & field teams, and I’ve learned that the best training programs are the ones people actually enjoy and stick with.
My approach is simple: make fitness practical, enjoyable, and sustainable. Exercise doesn’t have to mean hours at the gym—it can be built into your daily life using what’s around you. I focus on teaching movement patterns and strategies you can take with you long after our sessions end. Whether you’re looking to feel healthier, manage weight, or simply move better, I’m here to show you that exercise offers benefits far beyond the scale—and that it can actually be something you look forward to.

Expect a personalized session that balances effective training with education. We’ll focus on movements that align with your goals, emphasizing proper technique and teaching you the reasoning behind each exercise. You’ll leave knowing not just what you did, but why it matters and how to apply it outside our sessions. Every workout is challenging yet approachable, designed to build both your physical capacity and your confidence.
