Hi everyone! My name is Noah and I look forward to getting to know you all! A little about me: I am from Massachusetts but have relocated to New Mexico for the amazing weather and culture. I have been training clients in person and online for over two years and have found a true passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals. During this time I have helped many clients completely transform their bodies and improve their overall health, and I hope to help you do the same! My personal fitness goals involve competing in bodybuilding competitions and staying in good shape year round to support a very active lifestyle. Depending on your goals, a typical training session with me can vary a lot. I always give clients a warmup designed to prepare them for the specific training that they will be working on that day. The warmup will help to promote injury prevention and improve performance. The majority of the training session will be focused on the primary goals of the client, for example: a resistance or endurance training program. I will always demonstrate exercises and movements to the client beforehand, in order to show specific technique and give useful cues. Finally, workouts will end with a cool-down period, usually involving some dynamic movements and stretching to promote recovery and injury prevention.
One of my standout client successes is a 24 year old man named Hugh. Hugh came to me at roughly 340lbs feeling pretty unhappy about his physical fitness and appearance. His main goal was to overall feel better about himself and to invest in his future health. Over the course of 6 months, through in person training and a suggested diet plan, Hugh lost over 60lbs. Every month along that weight loss journey, Hugh described to me his improved mood, feelings about himself, and ability to go about activities of daily life. Hugh and I no longer work together as I have moved across the country, but he still occasionally checks in with me to let me know how he’s doing, and he has continued to lose another 20lbs using the methods that he learned from our time together.
