Hi, I’m Nan, a certified personal trainer with over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in both one-on-one coaching and group fitness. I’m ISSA-certified and currently train clients at Crunch Fitness in South Austin, as well as lead active aging classes through Aging is Cool LLC.
Fitness is more than my career — it’s my calling. As a female trainer, I believe in the strength and resilience within every woman. I’m here to help you unlock that power, whether you’re just starting your journey or ready to level up.
My approach is grounded in empathy, science, and results. Every session is tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle, and needs, because no two bodies (or stories) are the same. I’m here to challenge you, support you, and celebrate every victory along the way.

In each session, clients can expect a personalized workout that matches their goals and fitness level. I guide them through a full session with warm-up, strength or cardio work, and a cool-down. I focus on technique, safety, and motivation to make sure they feel stronger and proud of their progress after every session.
One of my clients came to me feeling low energy and unmotivated. She had never trained before and was nervous to start. We began with simple strength and cardio workouts, and after just a few weeks, she started to feel more confident. Now she trains regularly, has lost weight, gained strength, and says she feels like a new person. Helping her transform physically and emotionally reminded me why I love this job.
