For many people, the beach trips and pool season are over, let us focus on preparing your body for a healthier lifestyle and the body you desire. My primary training focus is on various principles of weight training to overcome plateaus that many of us experience after spending years in the gym with very little to no progress. I will personally help you transform your body by combining a strategic custom in-person training that will push you to new heights and challenge your body to become stronger and more aesthetic. I also will help you with nutrition as a way to fuel your workout to maximize weight loss and muscle growth. I’m also a lifestyle health coach who will help you work on your mental health to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle while looking your best physically.

4. Discuss and set achievable goals
5. Provide nutritional and workout recommendations
6. Check on daily progress
7. Revisit goals to determine what works and what needs to change
8. Conduct weekly assessments
