Hello, my name is Michelle, I was born and raised in Denver, CO and moved to Salt Lake City, UT 3 years ago. I went to my first yoga class when I was 16 and instantly fell in love, I have been practicing ever since! Yoga is a great way to add movement to your daily life, but it can also be very grounding and has helped me through a lot of difficult times. I love being a part of the yoga community and hope to help others experience the amazing benefits of a consistent practice!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Expect something different every day. I love being able to customize daily sessions to how clients are feeling on that specific day and tailor it to what they need.
I had a gentlemen who had always done heavy lifting / CrossFit style workouts. He came to my yoga class and wasn’t where he wanted to be in terms of flexibility and mobility. We set him up on a consistent plan and I worked with him to determine exactly where and why he wanted to improve his flexibility. After 2 months, he said he has never emotionally felt better. He came to yoga for the physical benefits, but has been able to change his mindset off the yoga mat and told me he’s more patient, mindful, and aware of how he’s moving throughout the day. I love hearing my clients feedback!
