I have 10 years of personal training experience. During this time, I have worked full time as a fitness professional, guiding hundreds of people towards a healthier and more productive lifestyle. I am an owner of a gym in Midtown Atlanta, but I still work one on one with clients because I love to build relationships and help guide people step by step towards their goals.

Many. Many. First one that comes to my head is James. He started out very thin, but soon packed on 10 pounds, while losing body fat, and gaining significant muscle. James goes from being very uncoordinated to doing challenging exercises that athletes have trouble with. Huge increase in endurance.

Love sports, coached wide receivers at Junior College.
