About Martina L
I discovered yoga completely by chance in 2012 and from there, it was love at first sight. Right from the start yoga felt like “home”, on the mat I finally felt at ease and ready to let go of all the anxieties and worries of everyday life. Over the years I’ve practised and studied different styles of yoga: from the more meditative Yin and Nidra Yoga to the powerful energy of Ashtanga and Vinyasa. More recently my passion for dance and music brought me to get my first certification as a silver instructor for Inside Flow®.

Training Philosophy
We all have different bodies and needs. There’s not a right way to practice yoga, each person has to build his personal practice, tailored to his needs. I can’t wait to share with my students what yoga has given me: the joy of appreciating simple things.

Typical Training Session
Depending on the yoga style and class level, there’s going to be a small meditation section with breathing exercises then total body warm-up. I usually teach 1-2 sequences with simple but effective poses. The last of the practice is slower in rhythm and focuses on fewer poses held for longer periods.
Client success story
Every client I had had their small successes. One of my favorite stories is Sara. She was really insecure about her body and her possibilities. She absolutely terrified of inversions. She started growing more confident with time and after 8 months she managed to do her first headstand. She bursted on tears for the joy!
