Training Philosophy
I look for imbalances first, correct them and then begin building the clients strength.

Training Professionally Since
August 1, 2019

Typical Training Session

I typically begin the first session with a movement analysis to screen for injuries and compensations. Then I tailor the workout to suit the needs of the client and correct imbalances from there. In the next coming sessions is when I typically begin to advance the exercises to begin the strength building process. My overall approach is to meet you where you are, and start improving your health in incremental achievable steps.

Client success story

I began working with Michael 3 months ago. He came to me with significant back pain due to disc herniations. He had gone to physical therapy, chiropractors, and his doctors were considering surgery for him. He didnt want to go that route, so he aksed for my help. By addressing the root causes of his injuries which was core weakness and poor posture, he is now pain free and lifting 300 lbs on his deadlift. Now he is curently working on improving his physique by getting his diet in order and building muscle.
