As Owner of Sana Vita Studio, I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels to help you reach your potential. My Master’s degree in Exercise Science and my knowledge base in anatomy and biomechanics assist me in assessing clients I work with. I believe it is essential for my clients to aspire for consistent progress, not perfection. My greatest desire is Sana Vita Studio will be a haven for clientele devoted to life-long physical health.

The best athletes are not the strongest but are the ones who have the most optimal and efficient movement patterns. We will help you create your most optimal and efficient posture, breathing, and core stabilization strategy. This will improve your overall posture and movement patterns. The science is clear: our body’s movement can change our inner state. Beyond just a strong and defined body, intelligent movement gives us a medium with which to create a better version of ourselves. However, if we don’t have a process, a practice for moving from where we are to where we want to be, improvement remains only an idea. Practice moves us from idea to reality. We have many exciting and healthy exercise trends to teach you and you can look forward to an exercise experience which will be educational, challenging, and oh-so rewarding
My physical therapist used a reformer to aid me in my recovery from surgery from an athletic injury. My love of Pilates was sparked, and Sana Vita has been great in introducing me to the practice.
