First session is FREE
– First we will discuss how your eating/diet, workouts, steps went after our last session. We’ll dive into what worked and didn’t work for you and how we can improve moving forward. Next, we will warmup for our session with a short walk and stretch, if wanted. We will continue to the workout focusing on the goals and any limitations that we have previously outlined (I.e. core strength, improve balance, cardio, etc.). Once the session is completed, you will be given homework to do on your own. This may include your workout for the week, tracking your daily steps, or logging your food. Homework is expected to be completed before the next session. I will keep you accountable and motivated but WE are a team and we both must do our parts!
– One of the rewards is seeing the changes in my clients. They are all successful in their own unique and individual way.
– I have a Multiple Sclerosis client that has worked diligently on her movement and balance. To see how far she has come with her strength and the decrease risk of falling is astonishing. Her neurologist is so impressed with her progress, as am I!
– My 85 year old client has focused on her core strength and has seen improvement on the golf course with her swing (and even her score!)
– One of my newer clients told me when we first started that she had a hard time getting up and off of the floor. Now she reminds me that she is able to get down and play with her dog and get back up no problem.
