I’m an ultra runner living with Type 1 diabetes—and I’ve made fitness, nutrition, and mindset my full-time mission. Every workout, every meal, and every mile is intentional. I understand the unique challenges of training with a chronic condition because I live it every day. But I also know the freedom and power that comes from pushing through limits.
Fitness isn’t always pretty—it can feel heavy, lonely, and overwhelming. I’ve been there. But I’ve also seen what’s waiting on the other side: confidence, strength, and real transformation. Now, I help others get there too. Whether you’re managing your own health battle or just starting your fitness journey, I’m here to show you that it’s not just possible—it’s worth it.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A good amount of cardio, some strength training with a focus on injury prevention, weight training for strength and some philosophy on training.
