Hello there! I am a teacher at heart- I taught middle and elementary school for 15 years. Since then, I’ve been teaching yoga and cardio classes, as well as Reiki, which is a holistic healing method. I’ve published 2 books; a non-fiction spiritual healing book and a fiction book. Since those have been published, I’ve written children’s books and am now teaching myself how to draw so I can illustrate them. Writing is my thing, drawing is a way to feel like I’m a toddler who can’t hold a pencil… 🙂

Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
We start with paying attention to our breath, then we’ll set an intention and move from there. The moves change relatively slowly, but you will gain muscle strength from that. We will have deep stretches. If you feel it’s difficult to get off the ground, you are welcome to bring a chair and modify from there. Anything you do is beneficial.
Oh boy, my gym is closing at the end of May and everybody is very upset to be missing out on yoga. One man had a hard time getting off the recliner, but after a couple months of yoga he remodeled his son’s bathroom. One woman quit going to physical therapy because we covered all her exercises in yoga.
