About Leslie Roberts
Training since 2001, I have worked with thousands of clients from the worlds top athletes in their sport to the over 70 demographic wanting to improve their longevity. No matter who I’m working with, this is always consistent: I will listen to your needs, I will constantly increase my toolbox so I have a bigger toolbox to help you achieve your goals. I’ve been competing in sports for over 40 years. Former pro athlete working to compete as a pro athlete in a second sport. I’m currently a high level pickleball player, and have worked w several of the worlds top ten players. I specialize in chronic pain, injury and illness. I help clients understand mechanical patterns and how to move (and strengthen end ranges) in a pain free way. Pushups, squats and moving heavy loads doesn’t have to be painful. Every human deserves to find joy in being strong and capable. I can help every athlete find a way through.

Absolute undivided attention. A listening ear. This has been been my job for over 22 years. I love it and have a lot of enthusiasm for coaching. I have a lot to give. I understand what the body wants and can help clients w a lot of their questions. I only work within my scope – I don’t diagnose or assume anything. You having a great relationship with your physicians and physical therapists helps me do my job.

So many — one of my pro clients won 20 gold medals last year. I’ve helped countless recover from joint pain — a recent addition initially came in with knee pain and after just a few weeks was feeling much better. Now she keeps saying “knock on wood” my knees aren’t hurting — there’s a good reason for this, but if she doesn’t stop, we’re going to have to treat her knuckles.
