About Lauri A

Lauri Armstrong, MS, Adv PFT, CPT, CLT.
Lauri Armstrong is a seasoned health and wellness expert with over 40 years of experience in the field. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and brings a deeply integrative approach to health, rooted in science and guided by compassion. As a professional fitness trainer, certified exercise biomechanics instructor, yoga instructor, and certified genetics specialist in functional medicine and fitness, Lauri combines diverse disciplines to help individuals achieve optimal well-being.

She is also a certified LEAP Therapist, working with clients to identify and manage food sensitivities, and believes in a personalized, holistic approach to health. Lauri is passionate about understanding the genetic factors that influence wellness and helps clients address the full spectrum of health — from physical fitness and nutrition to emotional and spiritual well-being.

Lauri believes that true health is about finding balance across all aspects of life. She emphasizes that optimal health is achieved by evaluating and nurturing every “spoke in the wheel” — including lifestyle, mindset, relationships, and the environment.

Outside of her professional life, Lauri is a devoted wife, proud mom of two daughters, and an adoring “Mimcy” to two beautiful grandchildren. She’s also an animal lover with a lively home that includes two dogs, chickens, a horse, and a donkey. Her heart is happiest when she’s in nature or relaxing at the beach.
