With extensive training experience specializing in glute development, I have crafted effective workout programs designed to enhance strength and aesthetics. As a Neufit Practitioner, I utilize the Neubie for cutting-edge neuromuscular rehabilitation, ensuring clients receive a holistic approach to fitness. My corrective exercise certification allows me to pinpoint and address movement deficiencies, promoting injury prevention and optimal performance. My current aspiration is to continue growing in the fitness industry, helping individuals achieve their ideal physiques and build lasting confidence. In a typical training session, a client can expect a well-structured and personalized experience tailored to their specific goals and fitness level. Each session usually begins with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body for exercise, followed by a mix of strength training and corrective exercises focused on enhancing performance and addressing any movement deficiencies.
I could not have done this at all without the coaching of @ifbbpro.laurenbarton Through this process I have learned that there isn’t really such a thing as “the best coach” but there is the best coach for you… and Lauren is that for me. She has dealt with me through a rotator cuff tear, a military deployment, and a bunch of other stuff. Throughout the entire journey I have always felt like I had a fighter with me in my corner and it really came through in the prep phase. The way she dialed my body in as a true (and I mean TRUE) novice is nothing short of remarkable.
I am looking forward to competing again in 2026… this was only the beginning I have discovered. When I was on stage, I didn’t like it, I loved it! There is a lot to work on to include my size, certain areas of my body, and posing (you will see when I post the videos). For the first time I feel as though I can see the road ahead and how to walk it. Luckily I get to walk with some truly amazing people.
