As a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), I have developed a unique practice grounded in yogic philosophy and somatic theory. My approach recognizes that the body holds patterns of tension, pain, and emotional blockages that impact not only the mind but also the nervous system, muscles, and cellular memory. Over time, these imprints create holding patterns that influence the mind, body, and spirit.
Through intentional breath-work and carefully designed movements, my practice helps individuals access and release stored stress by focusing on areas of stored tension, activating the body’s natural capacity for healing and restoration. I integrate breath to seamlessly flow between postures, emphasizing spine and vertebral column alignment. Many poses feature triangular forms, geometric shapes, and linear lines, all harmonizing with the body’s structure and anatomy.

Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Each session emphasizes fluid transitions, core alignment, and intentional shapes that echo the body’s innate design. Through breath-guided practice, we create space for release, renewal, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
