With a rich background in 15 certifications in nutrition, personal training and group fitness my journey in the fitness industry has been nothing short of exhilarating. With me as your personal trainer, you’re not just signing up for a workout; you’re embarking on a holistic journey with 60min sessions tailored just for you!

Each 60-minute online session with me is a burst of energy, motivation, and transformative results. We start with a quick check-in to set your intentions and focus for the day. Then, we dive into a personalized workout that’s been meticulously designed to meet your goals. Whether you’re looking to sculpt, tone, shed, or strengthen, I bring the latest exercises and techniques directly to your space.

What sets these sessions apart? It’s the seamless blend of convenience and customization. Train in your living room, or your gym – wherever you feel most comfortable and empowered. I’m there on your screen, guiding you through every squat, press, and stretch, ensuring your form is on point and your spirit is high.

We’ll mix it up, keeping things fresh and exciting every 6 weeks is a new training program! Plus, with my guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits, you’ll see transformation not just in your physique but in your overall wellbeing!
