Hello , my name is karen. I’ve been a personal trainer for the past 4 years. Movement and health is my passion. I focus on funtional and conditioning training. My goal is to to help people reach their goals in a safe way which is why I emphasize corrective and strengthening exercises as well . I practice muay thai and love dancing. I love using my creativity into training. You’ll never get bored with me.

The best one yet is from my 82 years old client who started working with me to gain some mobility. She had back problems and decreased range of motion. I created a program for her needs and she’s able to move better. She is able to do things she couldn’t do before. I’m proud of her. It’s never late to start your fitness Journey.

Hobbies

I like to dance, to read , to write poetry, enjoy outdoors and risky activities. I love muay thai and anything that will make my body move.
