About Jordan K

I’m Jordan, a fitness coach, martial artist, electronic music producer, and founder of 18 Hands—a movement culture brand rooted in physical mastery, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. With over a decade of experience in martial arts, strength training, flexibility, and functional movement, my coaching blends ancient warrior disciplines with modern performance methods.

My journey has taken me through intense physical conditioning, deep mindset work, and the pursuit of creative expression through music. Now, I help others unlock their full potential by combining tailored fitness programs with practical nutrition, mobility training, and combat-based movement.

My goal is to build a global community of individuals committed to becoming stronger, more aware, and more free—through discipline, flow, and real transformation.

Let’s move with purpose.

Training Philosophy
My approach is rooted in the belief that true strength is multidimensional—physical, mental, and spiritual. I train to build not just muscle or skill, but character, discipline, and awareness. Movement is a vehicle for transformation.

Training Professionally Since

Typical Training Session

Here’s what you can expect:

Intentional Warm-Up
We start by tuning in—breathwork, joint prep, and dynamic mobility to activate the nervous system and prime the body. This isn’t fluff—it’s where the mind-body connection begins.

Movement Foundations
Expect drills that sharpen coordination, balance, and awareness. We train movement patterns, not just muscles—so you’re building functional strength that carries over into real life and combat-ready agility.

Strength & Conditioning Work
You’ll move with intensity and precision. Whether it’s bodyweight flow, resistance training, striking drills, or explosive conditioning, the focus is on controlled, powerful movement. Every rep has purpose.

Martial Arts Integration
Depending on your level, we’ll incorporate striking, footwork, pad work, or shadowboxing to build discipline, rhythm, and sharpness. This is where you start thinking and moving like a warrior.

Cool-Down & Reset
We finish by resetting the system—mobility, breath, and stillness to down-regulate the nervous system and lock in the gains. This is where recovery and integration happen.

Every session is adaptable. Whether you’re just starting or already experienced, I’ll meet you where you’re at—and push you to grow. You’ll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to your purpose.

Client success story

When Sam first came to me, he was dealing with chronic fatigue, tight hips, low motivation, and a mind scattered from trying to “grind” through life. He had tried typical gym routines, YouTube workouts, and even a few martial arts classes—but nothing stuck. He wanted strength, flexibility, and discipline—but more than that, he wanted clarity and control over his life again.

We started simple: breathwork, joint prep, and basic movement flow. No ego lifting. Just tuning into the body. Within a few weeks, Sam’s posture improved, his lower back pain started easing up, and—most importantly—his energy came back.

By month two, he was flowing through mobility drills, striking pads with sharp intent, and reclaiming power in his body. We built a rhythm: training 3x a week, dialing in his nutrition, cutting distractions, and stacking small wins.

After 12 weeks, Sam had:

Dropped 14 pounds of excess weight

Gained visible lean muscle and joint mobility

Increased his striking power and endurance

Reported deeper sleep, reduced anxiety, and higher confidence

Built a morning routine that kept him grounded and focused

Now, Sam doesn’t just train—he moves with purpose. He’s leaned into the warrior mindset. He told me, “This is the first time I feel like I’m in charge of my life, not just reacting to it.”

That’s what this work is about.
