Hi beautiful people, my name is Jesse and I am an athlete and a father of 3 boys (6yr, 6yr, 1yr). I have 3 yrs of personal/group training experience. I played sports throughout my life starting at 6yrs old (soccer, baseball, basketball, and football). Fitness is a staple in my everyday life, especially because of my kids, who keep me on my toes. I started using resistance training once I was in high school. I graduated in 2013 and haven’t stopped using my knowledge in personal/group training. I’m still learning everyday to be better as a coach/trainer.

The woman is named Kay(~60y.o), she has an active lifestyle, who needed a trainer to push her to or even passed her limits. I would put her through basic movements such as squat, press, hinge, row, low impact polymetrics and movements. Her biggest struggle was being able to jump onto a 45lbs plate laying flat. Throughout our time together, which was just about 2 months, she was able to jump on the 45lbs plate multiple times and perform broad jumps for a certain distance for less jumps. It wasn’t about weight loss for her, but to increase her strength while improving mobility and tendon strength.
