Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I bring over 28 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, gym owner, former professional boxer, and drug-free bodybuilding champion. My background includes one-on-one training, boxing and kickboxing instruction, small group coaching, and guiding clients through ketogenic and low-carb nutrition for body transformation. Having competed at high levels in both boxing and bodybuilding, I understand the discipline and dedication it takes to achieve peak performance naturally. Today, my aspiration is to continue helping individuals—especially men over 40—build lean muscle, lose fat, and regain confidence through efficient training methods, proven nutrition strategies, and a lifetime of hard-earned experience.

A typical training session is structured, efficient, and tailored to the client’s specific goals. Sessions usually begin with a brief warm-up and movement prep to increase mobility and reduce injury risk. From there, we progress into strength and conditioning work—using a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, boxing/kickboxing drills, or functional movements depending on the client’s program. Each session is progression-based, meaning I adjust intensity, volume, and technique to ensure steady improvement.
Clients can expect to leave each session challenged but not defeated—feeling accomplished, motivated, and confident that they’re moving closer to their goals.
My most impressive client transformation was with a 45 year old female named Laurie. She came into my fitness studio that I had owned and operated from 2000-2020. She had told me she had “never worked out in her whole life”. She simply wanted to “get in better shape”. On our first training session, she could not bench press the 45lb olympic bar….but she was extremely determined. She never complained, never missed a training session and followed the ketogenic diet I planned for her to a T. I remember her starting weight was 175lbs and bodyfat% was 36.2. We measured again after 6 months and she was a little under 20%. She was really getting defined and somewhat jokingly said “Can I compete in a show?”. I said, let’s go for it. Long story short, almost a year to the day that she couldn’t bench press the 45lb bar (she could now bench 95lbs for 6 reps), she entered her first show ( at 132lbs and 12.5% bodyfat) and won the overall against women 15-20 years younger. She started crying on stage when they handed her the trophy.
