Training Professionally Since

Typical Training Session

A typical personal training session will vary depending on your specific goals, fitness level, and preferences. That said, here are common protocols I generally adhere to:
1. Warm-up: To increase heart rate and blood flow to the muscles.
2. Assessment and goal-setting: Check in with your progress since the last session and discuss any new goals you want to achieve.
3. The workout: It often involves a combination of strength training exercises, such as weight lifting or bodyweight exercises, and cardio exercises, such as running or cycling.
4. Cool-down: Low-intensity cardio to bring the heart rate back down. Stretching, breathing, foam rolling, etc.
5. Nutrition and lifestyle advice: Depending on your goals, I may provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits that can help you achieve your goals. This may include tips on healthy eating, sleep, and stress management.
5. Follow-up: I may schedule your next session and provide you with exercises to do on your own until the next session.

Client success story

Louie, a former client of mine, had been living with Type 2 Diabetes for most of his adult life before he came to me. He was severely overweight and was experiencing vision problems, skin infections, and low motivation. Louie was dependent on his medication. Or so he thought. After only three months of working together. Louie was able to successfully reverse his type 2 diabetes by shifting his mindset, and consistently following a workout program he enjoyed. Outside the gym, Louie replaced all packaged/processed foods in his diet with real, whole food. He’s no longer on his medication and he is no longer paying for my services. He now adheres to a healthy lifestyle and designs workout routines that are sustainable and fun.
