I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal State University Of Fullerton. I am fun, outgoing, cheerful, creative and capable of motivating clients and engaging to achieve their fitness goals. With over 5 years of experience as a fitness coach, I provide a great service for 1 on 1 training, semi private training, group training & hybrid training. I specialize in bodybuilding, weight loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, bootybuilding, HIIT training and senior active aging. This is for those who want to take this serious to achieve their fitness goals, need help with accountability, mindset, motivation, guidance on how to achieve their fitness goals and to those who feel imitated in the gym. Through personal training, you will have the tools you need to get the results you want!
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A client can expect me from a typical training session by getting a feedback on their form, and proper guidance on how to use any of the exercises (making them to feel confident on how to use it). This is important when it comes to a typical training session.
