I love helping people and getting my CPT certification was always a goal of mine. Being able to make an impact in someone’s daily life through exercise and movement always amazes me. I would love to eventually be able to train those undergoing or recovering from cancer. Exercise played a huge role in my own cancer battle and allowed me to stay active and minimize the side effects of treatment. I hope to be able to help and motivate others who may be dealing with a similar situation.
