My name is Hope and I am here to help! My mission is to help people live happier, healthier lives. This looks different for everyone, that’s why I offer flexible services. Life can be tough, but taking care of your well-being shouldn’t be.
I graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Health with a focus of exercise science. I have experience working as a personal trainer and teaching group fitness classes. I currently teach group fitness classes at CityRow. I am pursuing higher education in the health field and gaining experience with various other jobs.
