Typical Training Session

Every session is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at that day. We’ll start by checking in on how your body is feeling, check some KPIs, then move into a dynamic warm-up to get your joints and muscles primed. From there, we dive into a customized workout built around your goals: building strength, improving mobility, or enhancing overall fitness. Expect clear coaching cues, proper form corrections, and a push when you need it most. We’ll finish with a cooldown to reset your body and leave you feeling stronger, accomplished, and ready to take on the rest of your day. Options to book post-workout sports massage available too!


Client success story

One of my clients came to me feeling frustrated and defeated. She’d tried countless programs but felt stuck in her strength and energy levels. We started working together three times a week, focusing on progressive strength training and building consistency rather than perfection.
