About Hilary Amburgey

After working for several years as an Oncology Nurse, I decided to leave the field of Nursing to pursue my passion of helping others achieve health and wellness. Throughout my three pregnancies I exercised and practiced yoga and pilates almost daily, which drove me to acquire my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification with Yoga Alliance. I have a passion for teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga, and strongly believe in the benefits of yoga and the effects it can have on your overall core strength and stability. In addition to teaching yoga to women, I have a strong medical background and am very knowledgeable teaching yoga and movement to individuals with disease specific illnesses to help improve their overall health.
