Fitness has been a part of my life since I was in high school learning how to lift weights in the gym. The passion has never left me and I have now turned it into my dream job. I love getting to help females learn how to use weights in the gym and feel comfortable while doing so. It’s also my passion to help females on their journey towards heath, to get to a place of feeling comfortable in their own skin, learn healthy ways to deal with stress, lift heavy weights and not get “bulky”, while also discovering that YOUR body is YOUR property…so let ME help YOU flip societies script!
Hourly rate: $140
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Training sessions will be focused on what your personal goals are as a client. The session might consist of sections of cardio with body weight or free weights added in. Or sessions may consist of all weight training! I like to make sure my clients are challenged and that they are getting a good burn on!
Having never worked with a personal trainer before, I was a little anxious to start, but Heidi and her creative, flexible approach not only dissipated my fears, but have made our training sessions something I look forward to each week.
With Heidi, I am seeing marked progress from my workouts for the first time. Physically, I feel and look stronger than I ever have in my life, and it has really helped carry over mentally, too.
What’s really incredible is the quality workout Heidi is able to provide remotely, often using everyday things from around the house. She excels at synthesizing all of her knowledge and expertise to give you the best workout that meets you where you are and gets you where you want to be. And if I’m having an off day, I really appreciate not only Heidi’s compassionate, understanding approach, but her ability to modify my workout plan on the fly to provide a beneficial yet manageable session. She’s able to tailor the sessions to my physical needs and current aptitude
Heidi knows her stuff and is passionate about helping people tackle their goals and find their healthier selves, whatever that may look like for each individual.
