Im a former college athlete (QB, university of Oklahoma), so ive been lifting weights since i was 15. after college i had multiple injuries and aggravations from years of lifting heavy weights. going forward, anytime i would lift it would make me feel stiff and in pain in the morning. this lead to me reevaluating what i wanted to get out of staying fit. with that i concentrated on functional fitness and mobility. Now I can move better and feel healthier than i ever did in college.
my goal for you is to feel better in everyday life as opposed to just tolerating it.
Hourly rate: $120
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
a typical session will include 10 mins of mobility work, 45 mins of lifting and 5 mins of cooldown/stretching. the workouts are structured by the frequency that a client chooses to work out per week.
i helped one client lose 12 lbs three months out of her wedding. might not seem like much however we did it without her starving herself and still eating the foods she loves.
another client has been with me for over a year. she came in with no lifting experience, but we slowly built up her strength and balance and now she is moving better than she ever has. in the process she’s built muscle and lost fat.
