I’ve called Minnesota home for over 25 years. I love living in the Twin Cities. Nutrition and Exercise are my true passions, have degrees in both. Exercise needs to be fun. If you don't enjoy it you won't stick with it. All of my programming is based on sound science.

Typical Training Session
We will maximize our time together. I may have you warm up before we start so that we can dive right into your workout. We will discuss how the goals we have set are progressing and made adjustments as needed. Like I mentioned in my philosophy, I design the workout so that you will have fun. I don’t have my clients do things they hate. I do budget time to stretch at the end.
Client success story
When I started working with E. she was walking with a walked and weighed 288lbs. She now walked without assistance. Has lost 73lbs to date (still losing). Went from a 2XL to a size L. Her Blood Pressure is normal for the 1st time in over 30 years. She has been able to stop all of her medications. She say’s that working with me is the best money she has ever spent on herself. The fun thing is we’re still going and we are getting closer to the goal weight of 160lbs.
Hobbies
I love MN soccer and hockey. A day spent outside hiking or on the lake is an ideal day for me.
