As a former Division I athlete, I’ve experienced both the highs of peak performance and the lows of injury and recovery. My journey through intense training, setbacks, and healing taught me the importance of balance, wellness, and self-compassion. Today, my mission is to help you feel strong, empowered, and well—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
With a background in personal training, yoga, and functional movement, I bring a holistic approach to fitness. I focus on sustainable habits, not quick fixes. I believe that how you do one thing is how you do everything—so when you learn to care for yourself through intentional movement, goal setting, and daily practices, you begin to show up better in every area of your life.
I specialize in injury prevention and recovery, helping clients move safely and confidently. Together, we’ll build routines that support your body, energize your days, and create lasting change. My approach moves away from the all-or-nothing mindset and leans into finding movement that’s enjoyable and consistent—because feeling good is the foundation for everything else.
Hourly rate: $100

Each session is tailored to meet you where you’re at—mentally, physically, and emotionally. We’ll start by checking in on how your body is feeling and aligning on your goals for the day. From there, we’ll move through a dynamic warm-up, customized strength and conditioning exercises, and functional movement patterns designed to help you feel strong, mobile, and confident.
I prioritize proper form, injury prevention, and creating a space where you feel supported and empowered. Sessions often include mobility work, breath awareness, and intentional coaching to build both physical and mental resilience.
You can expect to be challenged—but not punished. We’ll work hard, but with purpose. I want you to leave each session feeling better than when you came in: more grounded, more capable, and more connected to your body.
