I have been engaged in fitness activities for the last eight years and have about four years of non-certified training experience from my time in the military and have only been recently certified. I’m very familiar with swimming, endurance, stability, power, and strength training.
Hourly rate: $60
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
This depends on the clients goals, but to divide them into two general categories: weight loss/endurance building and muscle/strength building.
Weight loss and endurance: Half mile warm-up with a pace that isn’t meant to be exhausting (intent is to get the heart rate elevated), followed by a circuit course that could include vertical/horizontal, pyramid, and peripheral heart training techniques, and finalized with instruction on stretching concepts.
Strength and muscle building: This will be more focused on the specific muscles of that workout and will involve a dynamic warm-up for those muscles and their synergist muscles, followed by establishing and working on form for the exercises being preformed, conducting exercises under reasonable weight and resistance intermixed with stability/body weight exercises, and then finally stretching.
