About Erick Rodriguez

First off, I’m very excited that you have taken the first steps of your fitness journey. I am a former United States Marine, decided to go trainer because I felt that the level of professionalism and competency in the fitness world was really lacking, and I know what you’re thinking “THIS GUY IS GOING TO KILL ME”. That is the exact type of thing I am trying to stop. I believe that people will get the best and safest results with well rounded training programs that properly progress them and elevate them to their highest level. My emphasis is postural correction and movement enhancement before we add loads to these movements. Because of my philosophy I was reached to by a successful Orthopedic surgeon in the Houston area to assist his patients, and aid them in their recovery process for major injuries. I ended up helping over 20 of his patients avoid surgery and move on to a pain free lifestyle. I would love to help you achieve your fitness journey through proper nutrition and well rounded training programs.

Training Philosophy

Training Professionally Since

Typical Training Session

I am very big on proper warm ups focused on the movement patterns we will be focusing on the day.
Following a 15 minute warm up the remainder of the training session will be broken up into several 3 exercise circuits each focusing on a different muscle group depending on your fitness level.
