Hi My name is Emmanuel doing Personal training not as a job but by passion to help people to reach a goal or just be healthy I’m doing it for more than 20 years , i adapt my training at the age , and the goal but also your capacities , always talk with my clients to understand how and if the plan we do together work for them .At 52 years old i can show you its never 2 late to start , become older is not a decease . Loosing muscles every years is start to be a decease its called sarcopenia but you can stop it if you start training . Practice workout is the best medicine to keep you younger , active , mobile , heal diabetes , connection neuronal etc…. keep moving .
