Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Hey! My name is El-Ad (BPT CPT). I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine. My background is as a physical therapist, a martial artist, a hip-hop dancer, and a soldier (IDF). I take a minimalist, evidence based approach to fitness and training that doesn’t require gym access or loads of time. I’m currently working towards my DPT here in Denver.
I have practiced mindfulness for the last 10 years and have taught it to individuals, and would be comfortable teaching it to groups.
In terms of self-defense and martial arts, I have a background in Karate, Vietnamese Kung Fu, Hapmudo, Krav Maga, and Western boxing.
I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Let’s talk.

This depends on what goals are in mind. Many of my clients are looking to learn how to strength train effectively with less equipment, so after checking in with them on what their activity has been like between this session and the last, and taking an honest look at if we are aiming to bust through a previous best this session, we will tackle the skill that is most challenging for them first, then other skills that they are feeling more confident on. Mobility will typically take up the end of the training itself, and the end of the session (last 5 minutes) is reserved for notes and where to proceed from here.
I had a client who had never done a proper pull-up and in part due to some old aches and pains, couldn’t hang from a bar comfortably. Over the course of a few months we took care of both, and she can do pull-ups unassisted.
