Training Philosophy
My training philosophy is simple- I listen to my clients and provide safe and appropriate training programs that meet clients where their current fitness and comfort levels are. I will motivate and encourage clients to get out of these comfort zones.

Training Professionally Since

Typical Training Session

A “typical” training session is largely dependent upon the client and his or her goals as well as where he or she is in his or her fitness journey.
Once I have had an initial fitness assessment where I meet with the client, learn more about his or her goals, and do a few assessments, I can then create a program. Training will consist of a warm up to ensure the body is warm and ready for movement, and the main portion of the workout largely depends on the client’s current goals and fitness level. All exercises will be well thought out to ensure that muscle imbalances are corrected so that no further injury occurs. We will finish a session with a cool down, stretches and foam rolling. Clients can expect to be challenged and to work hard while having fun!
