Training Philosophy
My training style is like solving a puzzle. I like to look for imbalances and correct them. I believe in training for longevity and well-being.

Training Professionally Since
September 1, 1998

Typical Training Session

It would consist of hitting every aspect of fitness, never one sided. You would never do the same workout twice! It would be like training with a good friend who listens.

Client success story

Mona 64, osteoporosis. She came to me a very bitter woman. I can get along with anyone so that’s why I was her trainer. Mona was very difficult to say the least. After a few sessions I decided to take her for coffee instead of workout because she hated it! She was a little taken aback, but agreed.

After sitting with her, I asked why are you here? She answered, “because my Dr. said I needed it to help with the osteoporosis.” I already knew this, so I asked her what she enjoyed doing. Instantly I see her eyes begin to well up and she says, “I love gardening.” You see, Mona couldn’t garden anymore because she could barley get up from the ground and this made her bitter. Nobody likes living with pain, I can attest to this, but I digress. I told her I can help her with this but I needed some effort. She agreed.

Mona went from training once a week, to 3 times a week. And it was all strength training! Mona could Deadlift 135 lbs (the big plates, she called them). She was so PROUD!!! And guess what? She was back in her garden again. She went from a being mad and feeling defeated to one of the happiest people I’ve come to know. These are the people that make my job, GREAT.

Hobbies
I like hiking, fishing, movies, video games, and most definitely my THREE DOGS!
