My fitness journey began thanks to my older brother, a CrossFit coach who pushed and inspired me to become the strongest version of myself. I started out as a skinny, unmotivated teen—but everything changed when I got into CrossFit. The variety, intensity, and community lit a fire in me, and I discovered a real passion and natural ability for calisthenics. By age 17, I had the opportunity to compete in CrossFit competitions in Venezuela.
That journey gave me purpose: helping others realize what they’re truly capable of. Whether you’re young, elderly, an athlete, or just someone looking to improve, I’m here to guide you. Most people only tap into 60–70% of their potential—I believe in unlocking 90–100%, developing an iron mind, and practicing true mental and physical discipline. I train with the belief that our bodies are gifts from God, and it’s our responsibility to care for them and grow stronger—physically and mentally.
With the right mindset and a clear plan, progress is inevitable. Because in fitness—just like in life—if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

Clients can expect a focused, challenging, and purpose-driven session. Every workout is tailored to your level—whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience. I combine elements of CrossFit and calisthenics to build strength, mobility, and endurance, while keeping things varied and engaging. But it’s not just about the physical—I emphasize mindset, discipline, and pushing past limits. Expect encouragement, accountability, and a clear structure. My goal is to help you tap into the potential you didn’t even know you had—one rep, one session at a time.
When I first started working with two Colombian clients, they were slightly overweight and feeling stuck in their fitness routines. They weren’t out of shape—but they weren’t where they wanted to be either. Their goal was simple: become more athletic, leaner, and feel better overall.
Through a consistent program combining CrossFit-style training, calisthenics, and a focus on explosive power, we were able to make serious progress. Over time, they lowered their body fat percentage, moved more efficiently, and gained noticeable strength and power—especially in sprints, jumps, and bodyweight movements.
But more than that, they felt better. Their energy improved, they moved with more confidence, and they became more disciplined both in and out of the gym. Watching them transform not just physically, but mentally, reminded me why I do this: to help people realize what they’re truly capable of.
