I’m a dedicated fitness professional with over 20 years of personal training experience, having coached clients through more than 10,000 sessions to achieve their goals. As a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, I specialize in optimizing athletic performance and building functional strength. My Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition enables me to create personalized nutrition plans that complement your training, ensuring sustainable results. As a former Army Ranger, I bring discipline and resilience to every session, while my current journey as a Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt keeps me grounded in the pursuit of continuous growth. My passion is empowering clients to unlock their potential, whether you’re aiming to enhance performance, transform your physique, or elevate your overall health. As a client, you can expect a dynamic and personalized training session tailored to your goals, rooted in my 20 years of experience and expertise as a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist. Each session begins with a focused warm-up to prep your body, followed by a mix of functional strength exercises, performance-enhancing drills, and mobility work, all designed to optimize your progress. Drawing on my background in Dietetics and Nutrition, I’ll provide real-time guidance on form and nutrition tips to support your results. Most of all, we will have fun.
One of my most rewarding experiences was working with Sarah, a 35-year-old mother of two, who came to me seeking to regain her strength and energy after years of prioritizing her family over her health. Over the course of six months, Sarah trained with me three times a week. She progressed from struggling with basic squats to deadlifting her body weight and completing her first 5K run.
