Howdy! My name is Chris and I am a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer that helps busy people develop healthy eating and lifestyle habits so that they can regain control of their body and enjoy a strong, healthy, happy life. I am handy with a barbell, kettlebells, and all of the stuff you find in a traditional gym, but what I am more passionate about is natural movement and functional training.
Hourly rate: $125
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
You can expect a full-body, holistic training session. Typically the session will include breathing mechanics, a dynamic warm-up, a skill focus, a cardio circuit, and a proper cooldown. You will move your body in 100 ways in one session. You will experience some muscle soreness, but, in general, my workouts leave you feeling refreshed and more energetic at the end rather than like you’ve been hit by a truck. 🙂
I have a client that is also a very serious martial artist. She was having a hard time performing some of the kicks that she needed to do for her next belt test. We worked tirelessly on her single leg strength and stability as well as her hip mobility. I am happy to say that not only did she see huge progress in our sessions, she successfully passed her black belt test. So ya, she can probably beat me up. haha
