I have worked with several different populations In my over 25 years as a health and fitness professional! I love to help people to reach their fitness goals by creating a reasonable plan that creates accountability and success. My clients all get a program that is developed in conjunction with my wife who is a functional medicine physician and nutrition expert . I believe That most movements can be done by most people. The exercises can be regressed or progressed and program intesnsity varied to fit the individual.

Typical Training Session
Movement preparation exercises followed by Strength training encompassing traditional as well as functional exercise. Most sessions will end with a heart rate elevating finisher.
Client success story
One of my favorites is a gentalmen that was 47, sedentary and 5’7 250lbs. He used to drop his son off to train with me and would even get out of the car. One day he said he had enough and we began our fitness journey. With a combination of nutrition, Strength and metabolic programs he is now sitting comfortably at around 180lbs! He’s dating again and has even begun some martial arts training with me.
Hobbies
I have been training Jiu-Jitsu for the last 20 years and coach at my academy. I am a father of a 5 year old and have another on the way. I enjoy spending time working in my yard all summer.
