I aspire to to grow every day. I find importance in striving to be the best coach, family member, friend, and human I can be. My interests lie in health and wellness development. As a coach, I set out to help others achieve their health and wellness goals from a performance based philosophy. I value growth, trust, communication, and belief, and developing both physical and mental wellness is my passion. My experiences have been in the strength and conditioning, and personal training settings. As a former college athlete, physical and mental health has been a large priority for many years. We only have one life, one body, and one opportunity to be the best version of ourselves possible. Believe, Prepare, and Succeed!

Training Philosophy
I believe in a hollistic wellness approach powered by a performance based mindset. Every human body is different. Assessing and evaluating each client properly will allow for a precise approach to helping the client acheive their goal.

Training Professionally Since

Typical Training Session

A typical training session will include a brief daily assessment to check in on how the client is feeling. Next, and in depth warm up that will activate and prepare the body for the training ahead. The training session will follow the warm up. At the end of each session, a few minutes will be set aside to talk about the training, progress, or even life in general.

Client success story

Previously I had trained a 50 year old man who was about 6’2″ and 360 lbs. He came in looking for a lifestyle change. He knew he needed to lose weight to endure a healthier life. His goal was to get under 300 lbs within 8 months and to feel better physically, as well as, mentally. However, he also mentioned he just was feeling poorly in general. He was experiencing some marriage issues and was not happy with his current physical and mental wellness. We focused on building a strong base while making nutritional changes. As the client began to gain some progress, major changes began to occur. Yes, the client was starting to lose some weight just by adopting a more active lifestyle. The other changes are what catapulted the client into achieving his ultimate goal of weight loss. Over time exercise was a healthy supplement to all other factors in his life. He was able to improve his marriage, diet, and mental health. The client was excited to come train. He became personable and engaging in conversation. He also reached his goal in 5 months. At the end of 6 months the client weighed in around 280 lbs. Losing 80 lbs is impressive. I learned a lot from this client. The best reward was seeing the benefits he received from my training.
