I’m Cameron Wiggins, a fitness coach with over 7 years of experience helping busy women over 40 build strength, boost energy, and feel confident in their bodies again. I hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for creating programs that fit real life—not the other way around. My journey into fitness coaching began after helping my mom regain her strength following a cancer diagnosis, and that experience shaped my mission: to help people stay strong, independent, and healthy for the long run. Today, I focus on joint-friendly, time-efficient workouts paired with simple, sustainable nutrition strategies so my clients can keep doing the things they love—without sacrificing family or work commitments.
Hourly rate: $100

Every session is 45 minutes, focused, and tailored to your needs. We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body, move into a customized strength-based workout that’s joint-friendly and efficient, and finish with mobility or core work to keep you moving well. You’ll get hands-on coaching, encouragement, and modifications to suit your fitness level—whether you’re just starting out or looking to progress. My goal is that you leave feeling stronger, more capable, and confident in what your body can do.
