About Bryana G


I hold a BA in Political Science from Smith College in Northampton, MA and an MBA from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. With a year of experience in the fitness industry, my focus is on helping clients perfect their training techniques for strength gains and injury prevention. Specializing in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions and group fitness classes, my goal is to create challenging yet rewarding workouts for every fitness level.

My athletic background includes gymnastics, dance, and competitive rowing. Achieving success at both the state and national levels, rowing in the Varsity 8 boat for Smith at the Division III National Rowing Championships remains one of my proudest accomplishments. I continue to row recreationally with the Austin Rowing Club’s Masters Program since moving to Austin in 2018.

In my training approach, I leverage upbeat music, positive encouragement, and a holistic focus on improving overall health and wellness to motivate clients. Looking ahead, my future goals as a personal trainer involve expanding my expertise to encompass a variety of enjoyable and challenging fitness classes and personal training sessions.
