With over a decade of experience in the gym and five years of training clients professionally, I’ve found that mindful movement helps people connect deeply with themselves. Passionate about fitness, I coach my clients to become more at peace and present in their bodies. My approach uses movement to connect with the body and free the mind, releasing stored emotions and fostering well-being. Proper form and movement mechanics are key to ensuring each training session is effective and safe.
In addition to mindful movement, I offer nutrition consulting and mentorship to develop healthy, sustainable habits. By raising your vibrational frequency through healthy practices, you’ll achieve a higher quality of life. Let’s become more powerful together!

In a typical training session, I bring all the necessary equipment directly to you, whether it’s at the park or your residence. Using resistance bands, sandbags, medicine balls, plyo box, steel maces, and other gear, I facilitate a full-body, functional strength training workout. You can expect a personalized session that enhances your physical strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Each workout is designed to connect you with your body, release stored emotions, and help you process and move through whatever life challenges you’re currently overcoming while achieving your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
