I’m ready to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Our bodies were meant to move and I love helping people feel better through movement and lifestyle habits. I create workouts that are challenging yet appropriate. I believe in combining strength training along with mobility exercises to get you the results you want! It’s about a holistic approach to fitness so you can become the healthiest and happiest version of you and sustain it throughout your life.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
We start with a dynamic mobility warmup and then start strength training with bodyweight and/or dumbbells. We will utilize a progressive overload program, meaning we will gradually increase the intensity in a variety of ways so that you can build muscle, get stronger, burn fat, feel confident and finally see the results of all your training. You will learn how to exercise in a sustainable way and incorporate healthy lifestyle habits that will take your training to the next level! It’s about training smarter not harder!

I have an old back injury that wasn’t diagnosed until after my first child was born. I did months and months of physical therapy and pilates to strengthen my core. I got pregnant and had my second child in July of 2012. Two weeks after our daughter was born, I could hardly get off the floor or lift her due to excruciating back pain. After 9 months of physical therapy, I was released to do weight training and cardio exercises. I started training with Ann Marie one year ago and cannot imagine my life without it.
One year ago, I couldn’t jog one step. I couldn’t jump. I modified every exercise and was convinced I would live a life with chronic pain. With a lot of hard work (and early mornings), I am now in the best shape of my life and pain FREE!!! I have lost 14 pounds and gained back more than I ever thought possible. I can even run now and am running my first 5K this month!
