Training Philosophy
I utilize a "peak performance' model of training that is science-based and research driven. In addition to my NASM certifications, I am also completing my Master's degree in Applied Sport Psychology. My goal is to create a holistic view of the individual

Training Professionally Since
April 21, 2023

Typical Training Session

A mix of traditional strength training lifts while incorporating kettlebell movements to emphasize the use of your muscles in various planes of motion. By working from the standpoint of building and then owning muscle, we will work on strength and physique while helping improve agility, balance, and stability. You can expect to get out what you put in and a trainer that is here to help align a program specific to your goals.

Client success story

My name is RM and I have been an avid gym rat since I was 14. I’ve seen trainers come and go over the years, some of them not so great—I even saw a few young ones cause injury to their clients!

At age 40 and stopped regularly going to the gym. My body changed drastically; in just months, I had gained 25 pounds and felt lethargic no matter what time of day it was. Embarrassed with how my body looked and feeling unwell overall, something had to change. But motivation? Where do you find that? It certainly wasn’t within me anymore.

After much deliberation on getting back on track health-wise without getting injured in the process (because let’s face it – injuries suck), I decided it was time to hire a personal trainer! But not just any ordinary one from your run-of-the-mill box gym – nope! Doing some research online about what type of training style would be most beneficial for my um… older body-–I found someone highly qualified, Andrew Bennett, who specializes in sports performance and injury prevention.

From our first session together to everyone since…Andrew always delivers! His easy-going yet steadfast demeanor and he makes it clear every workout that he means business. He is an expert at what he does, and he also wanted us both to enjoy ourselves during every workout. He has many unique exercises, which are challenging but still manageable enough that they left me wanting more afterward —he truly helped me discover the perfect balance between pushing oneself out of their comfort zone while remaining safe throughout each session!

Flash forward – after consistently working with him the results speak for themselves! Not only did I lose those 20 stubborn pounds (and five more!), but most importantly -I found renewed energy levels along with newfound confidence within myself thanks to all his hard work helping me become better every day. My goals are achieved without compromising safety measures; leaving nothing behind except satisfaction knowing that much can be accomplished if given the right environment & guidance.

Hobbies
Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ, mountain climbing and hiking, fly fishing, riding motorcycles and running with my dog.
