Greetings I’m Alphonzo and have been an athlete all my life. Currently a free agent in the NGL(nationalgridion) indoor football league. I played in the RPFL 2019 in Pontiac Michigan. I had tryouts with Philadelphia Eagles and BC Lions of the CFL. I have been in the personal trainer business over 6 years now. I loved making people believe and understand that we all have some type of competitive nature coming from a football background. Once we learn to get uncomfortable by any means necessary we gain that inch we all dream! We are only as strong as out weakest link, let’s stay relentless!
